It's fine, everyone does except those that abused Dynamic Queue while it was still in construction.

Season 7 will see everything get back in order. Once Solo/Duo Queue is introduced and the soft MMR reset is done, things will go back to what they once were.

Another PBEfag here, he doesn't have tank Ekko's permaslow, ranged AoE slow or low CD gapcloser.
Also much of his damage seems to be in his scalings as opposed to tank Ekko's bases which are what enabled him to be played tank and still do damage.

If he lacks both the sticking power and the damage of tank Ekko I can't really see the added healing making up for that. Might as well just play Mundo.
There's also the fact that his healing is capped at 50% of his recent damage but a tank with essentially 50% innate damage reduction would still be silly so that's not incredibly important.

Also last round I think I ran into someone that was legit boosted. I was Ashe (Braum) into Draven (Lux). He was 0% aggro in laning flashed and healed with no strategy and never tried to return trades. He had a single cs per minute, not even exaggerating. He literally had 1 cs per minute. I almost got a penta in that round but man that was some weird shit.

250 is strong but the bonus AD scaling is the real power here.
