in 2 seconds of firing Sombra did that much damage at 20m range.

Sombra is a Tracer+ tier flanker (with Tracer's missing vertical mobility) who can dish out damage at range. It's not McCree potential (although it does shred shields better than McCree), but it's a major factor in how overbuilt she is. She can dive deep in an instant, have an awesome ult, hack utility, and sit back and just put out bullets all in one hero.
