depends on the process that's killing the person. if the button is directly attached to a gun pointed at a person, yes it's bad. if the food was grown on a plot of land legally obtained by the company, but their acquisition of this land forced natives who hold no claim other than having hunts there to a less ideal location costing the life of a few of them, no it's not bad.
in the first case the victim had absolutely no option other than to die. in the second case the natives could integrate themselves into modern society, as they should have done ages ago. in areas where this would even be a concern it's not difficult to do so. this is of course assuming they aren't super isolated and vulnerable to ,modern disease, they'd be fucked eventually regardless.
