Well, plotwise, SL is awful. It doesn't convey anything clearly, it makes no sense, and it doesn't fit with the other games at all.
But in terms of things like the writing, humor, and pacing, it's passable. As long as someone else is in charge of writing the story and Scott is left to merely write dialogue, it has at least a chance of being good.
