EMP works off of the same value as a stun when it comes to cancelling Ults. Bastion cannot be stunned out of his Tank form, so EMP does not work.

At this point I want it removed in favor of another ability. Its literally useless against nearly every hero in the game right now.

As said before in the thread already, EMP works off the same parameters that a "stun" works off of instead of having it's own unique parameters like it should. Gengu and Bastion cannot be stunned out of their ults with a Flashbang so EMP does not work on their ults.

Unless you caught, Bastion, Mei, D.va, Tracer, Torbjorn (turret doesnt work but he still does tons of damage with a lot of health), another Zarya and Zenyatta ulting. That sombra and graviton ult combo doesnt stop them from doing something back and kill a few or possibly survive.

McCree's ult is a super good zoning and objective based ult though. If you watch the world cup games it did manage to kill one or two people at least. It just needs coordination. Moreover, McCree is one of the few heroes that does not give a fuck about Sombra because his gun is too strong and if played correctly he will always kill her before she can kill him and she can't hack that.

My problem with it is that its only useful in that specific scenario and only that specific scenario.
I'd take a worse but more usable ult any day of the week. The disparity between say deadeye and Dragonblade is literal night and day when they are both abilities that practically ensure a kill, yet dragonblade has zero drawbacks or setup.

Dragonblade is one of the best ults in the game so it is not fair to compare but McCree was still used as much if not more than Genji by pros. McCree does not need his ult to be good but his ult still provides great objective gaming. Watch the world cup games. If it was totally useless pros wouldn't constantly use it.

McCree is actually one of the most balanced heroes in the game right now.

I only really played McCree but he is definitely a loser. You can ult maybe once a game but it's so easy to get assfucked and lose all your charge that you'll either never get chance with it or autisticly save it for the perfect moment.

People like Genji and Mei still get there's up fairly fast if you put the damage in, you'll probably end up getting it before a support ult and fuck up the enemy team. They probably won.

It's not harmless, it puts all his abilities on cooldown. Sombra is great at messing with Genji as his ability to do burst damage is dependent on all his powers.

McCree ult already charges super fast and he is not reliant on his ult. This change only affects people who had super game changing ults like Mercy and Zarya. This is actually a buff to McCree if anything.
