He will have the ability to disengage autolocks, snares and traps (or even a few vision wards) due to the lore hints a Rioter provided.

He will probably be camo as well, so that the vision or ward-disabling mechanic feels "balanced."

Either way he will be broken as fuck until gutted.

in what sense would it be a buff? assassin ekko almost always has the exact same attack pattern: E in, point blank Q and auto, run away and leave the victim to get hit by the return Q since it expanded directly on top of them and they're guaranteed to get hit by it unless they flash or dash out. at the very least if the q always travels the full distance the second hit of Q isn't guaranteed, and the victim also won't be slowed by the Q at the start of the combo because it only expands on reaching the full distance, so they have a chance to kite out
