20% leech is 10x leech support gem
It's 30% if you invest into Pathfinder + flask nodes

They nerfed the shit out of life leech previously because it's stupid strong (look at the patch note history on life leech support gem).

Dying Sun gives a lot of AoE (the equivalent of a level 11 support, or level 26 with flask node supports) AND multiple projectile without a HUGE damage penalty imposed by the support gems.
