I accidentally did a 5000 summon. Whats even worse is i got 4 off banner 4 stars, shantatto, kain, lani, and tmr barrage. I decided i might as well go all out and spam tickets too. The outcome was even more disappointing. I now have 6 arcs, 6 shantattos, and only just got a super healer from today's calender ticket.

The best two emulators I tried that had no mess for me was Memu and Droid4x. Droid4x ran faster but doesn't have all the macroing and multiemul utilities that Droid4x has.

Thank you Raika, you got my Vaan to 80 before tomorrow hits. I will continue to use you for leveling my Firion until the event begins and I can get Gigantuars to finish the job. Hopefully we get V banner soon so I can upgrade my Exdeath with the other Gigantuars.

Mage friends are good for leveling on Maranda Coastline. Physical friends since right now the best units right now are physical until Exdeath get his awakening.

Debatable, unless you're specifically referring to Light/Luneth (or CoD against Xande).

Mages are better than any 5* max unit, and mageramza is better than all but two 6*s.

People look at altema and say "MAGE META IS DEAD," but this is totally wrong. As a F2P, your only chances of survival will be mage meta most of the time, unless you get super lucky with DW TMs.

Honestly, I'm going to be doing this more than the event due to how little there is that I want.
Tickets, Quartz, 6* mats, maybe the cheap trust moogle, but that's it.

You ideally want to get the HP+10%/DEF+5%/SPR+5% materia in as massive of quantities as possible.

ESPECIALLY with the arena out.

Unless those are cheap, I'm not worried about it. We'll get better and more opportunities down the line for things like that.

Physical units are easier to take along for the chain meta. Plus if you are lucky and got one of the Holy Trinity of JP as a friend, you sure as well would spam summon them as much as you can. Especially if they are the whale types who have either their TMRs or Excaliburs/Artisans/Brotherhoods.

You have no idea how fast that bitch is going to get put under CC lock down.

Your only cheap alternative is Rizer's TM. Otherwise, there are some intermixed that are just as good, if not better. But none are easy to get, so you should try for as many as possible

That's the thing though, in the arena HP is the MOST important stat.
Hitting the cap requires nothing, so you have to account for the fact that everybody is going to demolish you for 999 a hit.

If you can't take three hits without dying, well you're in for some serious shit then.

I do not think 11 pulls are worth it until there's actually a better pool of good units, and when they stop the whole "Gold and Rainbow Crystals can be Awakened Units instead of Base Units" thing.

Chain meta only works if you yourself have a physical chainer. Otherwise it's identical to mage meta.

And it doesn't even exist yet, and won't for a few months.

The Holy Trinity is nice on its own, but only really shines when there's two of them.
Not to mention, there are mage chainers too. That one elf comes to mind.

For where we are now, the tier list goes Light/Luneth > Mages > Physical attackers.

CoD is a nice arena unit, I'll give you that but I heard that Full life/Raise can take her out in a single blow however. I would fear Exdeaths/Garlands more though since Exdeath is BC Lid with a LB that hits everything with status and has Man-Eater attached to everything he casts including that Meteor and Garland has stupid retarded guaranteed 999 damage with Dark Spiral.

Not everyone has raise/full-life/whatever and if they go first, you might not have a chance to do that.
Plus you're fighting AI anyways, so half of this argument is null due to it being AI.

She'll still be vulnerable to Disease and Poison either way, which might not be the most major debuffs, but can still weaken her.

As for Exdeath, BC Lid will still be useful for now because you won't have his LB turn one.

With the arena there is 3 things you need to know before building your team.

Step one, do you have a good tank to take all the blows with? If yes, proceed to step 2 where you have to do a status user check where if you can inflict status ailments while being able to take them. Step 3 is if you have a Raise/Full-Life/Esuna healer to bring members back. Maria's TMR is invaluable since that covers the Esuna part and makes it so that you only need the Raise/Full-Life part(Ironically Maria is a great Arena healer since if you have her TMR, you cover the Raise/Esuna requirement). Then fill the remaining slots with damage dealers of your choice.

Firion would be a terror in the Arena as well when his ability enhancements hits since his Lance can take away your healer's MP rendering them useless and he has Legends killer to stimulate the Man-Eater+ that CoD has access to alongside Bladeblitz to hit for AoE damage.

And thus I have the Fairy Ring as the second accessory to give her complete immunity to all except for the common cold.

That'll do it, though fighting a party that was smart enough to do that for their healer would come down to getting the tank with sleep/para/petrify and then focus firing the healer.
Though, I suppose if you have Refia, that frees up the jeweled ring for your tank. Christ, the arena can be obnoxious even without TMs. I wonder if osmose will be effective anti-healer tactics?

It's just that YOU can't cast when it's your turn.
