There are several things that depend on what level you put them in

if you have radiation above 50%, it is likely to chance a symptom to another. If it is below 50%, it will change either the chance of a stage proccing (Its effect activating, like giving toxins or making a person sweat) between 0 and its effect_maxm (default 50% per life tick), or its multiplier between 0 and and maxm (default of 1)

Another thing is, if you add a beaker of toxins (The type you can get out of the medvend) IF THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS BELOW 50u IN THE INCUBATOR it decreases the infection chance by 1%, otherwise it kills the virus

How does the posi brain work and how do I become it?

It's an MMI that ghosts can spawn into and doesn't need a brain put into it. Unfortunately, it only starts accepting ghosts if someone bothers to activate it, and nobody ever does.

Someone picks it up and activates it and after a time it drags ghosts who are signed up for it into it. You can bother the roboticists to activate it by click it, which makes it ping.
Enable it in your preferences special roles.

Would it be OK to walk up to a roboticist, tell them to activate it, and then kill myself?

Posibrains is the brown gold cube in robo and can be used to replace an mmi in any step. It can be put in ai cores, borgs, mommis, spiderbots, mechs, but not into a person.
To become it you must have your preferences for posibrain set to yes and be a ghost. After its activated it tells ghosts that its active and they can sign up to be it. After a bit a ghost at random is picked and put in it. It gets blue lines and can talk when it has someone in it.

Posibrains are a type of carbon/brain

One spawns in robotics, they can also be printed
You need to do research first, and they cost ½ a diamond

They basically work like normal brains, with a few key differences:
• they take damage from EMPs
• when mindless, ghosts can enter them
protip: ghost out, look around, then reenter
• they might forcefully obtain a ghost at random?
• they're obligated to be peaceful and helpful (i.e. safe to purge or mach them)
• you might not be able to surgery them into human bodies?

So your aim is to have as many plasma mols and oxygen mols in both tanks and still be able to heat it up to above 100c and reach 5000kpa.
