i just ran some sims and if i get BiS it would be a 20k DPS increase (350k to 370k on heroic ursoc)

if i get the ring it would be a 10k dps increase

how will that difference scale with ilvl and set bonus? will we ever be able to equip more than 2 legendaries? Im the backup tank for my guild btw. how much impact do the tanking legendaries have? will they be required to tank endgame content later on or currently?

depends a lot on the legendary, some of them are complete shit, some of them make you quite a bit better
