So why is it that HS runs fine on win10 with normal locale, but almost all other H-games, even new ones, require jap locale?

Finally stuff on the new systems. Assist system seems like nice how it's done so it isn't too OP but nice to tinker with, with how it cosumes force to use and can't have same category skills so need to make choices when and what to use. Also its in debugging stage now so just finishing touches left so no foreseeable delay anymore. We should get the gameplay trial next week too if all goes as planned.
