The trick is to build around using Justice Combination and nothing else. Just equip a QQ with +5 in strike supers and ideally basic attacks and spam the shit out of that move.

It's so fucking busted it does like 3 times the damage of my regular ultimates, even though I'm 125 in ki supers and 0 in strike supers. And it's easy as shit to combo into too.

The only problem you'll have with this is that Goku is a total dick and will always try to kick Mira out of your ult.
