And the way BE seems to be going he probably won't get it until after all the guest characters (Vossler, reddas, Larsa) and probably a few more minor characters (seriously, Rasler made it in before some of the main cast) if ever. The fight is far more difficult for 8 panel parties in comparison to 4 panel parties vs 2* Odin. It is not even remotely close.

Got the two units who are useless(Karl and Seria) but Toblerone/Refia/Vaan can carry their useless arses in the meanwhile...at least I can get some of those tickets and materias but all is dependent on RNG if those metal kings show up. I got 7 tickets off of the event now.

Doesn't seem quite as good as Lightning or Luneth, but she'll tear shit apart if you manage to grind out her TMR and give it to her.
Getting her special materia in this event is a must, it's great for her.

One step behind the dedicated phys attackers but there's nothing a dw can't solve.

Not really, a good chunk of them at least have a 3* base unit available that you'll probably load up on when you do your dailies.
The Tactics one in JP has Alma, for example, who makes up literally 20% of all pulls. But this banner/event is filled with only rare units.

It was equippable though. If it was for purely ceremonial reasons it would just exist as a key item with no stats whatsoever.

But again, there was an FFT Banner before this, so people had FFT units already, they didn't have to pull and level them during the fucking event. Plus, they had 3*s they could pull. We don't.
