Cleared Tamamo's route. It ends with Hakuno and Tamamo's date, and post credits is just Archimedes sliding to a new world.

They don't really emphasise the need for Hakuno to fuse back together in this route (if at all, can't recall it actually being mentioned), but the entire theme of the route is about Tamamo being eternal and Hakuno being human, and how their being together has to come to an end sometime, and they do come to their own conclusion on that matter and decide to stay happy together till that time comes.

If my understanding is correct, the problem is not Hakuno's lifespan.
Basically Tamamo was on edge the whole route and acted not like herself because she new the comet was coming and knowing they didn't stand a chance she wanted to enjoy the remaining time with Hakuno to the fullest, failing horribly. In the end they don't know if the comet is not coming for good this time or will be coming later, so they resolve to live together happily until that time comes, not until Hakuno dies.
