It depends how Unlock Potential works on NINGEN.
She was jealous of Saiyans being super easy mode most powerful beings on the universe (specially sandbox mode half-saiyans like my other CaC that shares the timeline with this one). She was very annoyed with the fact that Earthlings seem to be weaker then other races even if they kept training as hard as the others.
I think she is around androids power level where she, by means of training and maybe magics and esoteric shit, she was able to change her body enough similar like androids have, to reach higher power levels. She is stronger then Android 18 (which has the power level fixed), depending on the kaiokens and so on. Less down sides while using kaioken for example, it would be interesting.
