It's not official but every 11/11 you'll see pocky art in a lot of fandoms. The 1s are supposed to represent pocky sticks. Same for 2/22--Cat Day, ni ni ni as a stand in for nya nya nya. And 11/23--Good Brother Day/Ii Nii-san day, because 11 = ii, 2 = ni 3 = san.

I can never seem to consistently follow the 2C into 5D afterwards. Or even finish said combo with enhanced Crusader.

CPEX came out on PC so late it was pretty much irrelevant. People who were into the game since the beginning had already bought it on their console of choice, possibly multiple times because of importing. They may have bought it on Steam as well to support Arcsys putting more games on PC (good luck), but most of the PC playerbase consists of people new to the series.
