I used to play locked at 72 fps, wondered why I couldn't hit anything, then I tried locking at 120 fps (even though my monitor only goes at about 59 Hz), and lo and behold, I went from 42 Rank in season 1 to 2359 in season 2. Can't go back anymore, too laggy. :(

BenQ. No it's not a meme, they're cheap and really good. But don't get the overpriced newer models. Get the 1080p 144hz one, or the Asus one that runs about the same price. Both are decent monitors and only cost you around 120 dollarydos.

You're kidding right? A boosted Roadhog one shots anything that isn't a tank even without ulting, and with Ana heals + damage reduction he can solo whole teams.

Miraculously I managed to get all my placement matches in without any problems and minimal waifu abuse coming from my own team. Last season was terrible. Picked widow and not only did teammates throw tantrums in 3 separate matches, but 2 of my teammates dropped out/afk'd. This season was much less toxic and welcoming. Only had one teammates cuss our team out but didn't single me out.

I think the best thing is when your team at the beginning sounds worried and questions your pick or asks if you can go healer or tank. But as we play the match, no one says anything afterward, so I guess I played decently enough this season or my teammates were just much more polite this time around.

With the after season rewards I'll have enough for another gold weapon so I'm pretty happy

Season 1 my peak was masters and then I fell to low diamond.

I only started playing this season like 2 weeks ago and I'm still stuck in low diamond. I've always been shooting for the top 500 rewards but I'm definitely not good enough to make it this season.

When Sombra comes out I plan on one tricking her the whole time and not giving a fuck, just having fun, and maybe I'll hit top 500 that way.
