I'm a shitter that's in a crew which only has my friends, so I don't know that feel. If one of them gets in my car with me then they either asked me to drive them somewhere while they take a piss or they're going where I'm going, or possibly just too drunk for real to drive in GTA.

He's not exaggerating by much, if at all. They take eight shotgun shells to kill at close range. I usually just shoot them a couple times to ragdoll them, run past them and RPG the target's feet so I can get out of there.

At least that makes a bit of sense, unlike those damn Lost vans.

This is most likely because they saw how people were doing the CEO missions, that is to say by spawning in buzzards and getting them done quickly. So they added a way to make it a bit slower, pay a little less and stopped you from spawning in armed buzzards everywhere. Thank your Rockstar
