Just look at and tell me how KFMs do not get the biggest powerspike from legendary shields.

I don't know how valuable those 8 set effects are for your classes but the alternative is 1-5 legendary and 6-8 oblivion for the critdamage.

8 pieces will be one hell of a grind, considering that the only way to obtain them for us will be through RNG chests from the stage 6 boss.
It looks like SINs and BMs are the ones who get the least benefit from having 8 legendary SS pieces though.
You also have to consider how the 8 set effect may work in combination with future soul badges.

I am not excited about that either but it is better than nothing. The additional nettles damage seems awesome in combination with the upcoming blue TOI badge that allows you to spam nettles on thorn strikes.
I agree completely that untill we have this badge the setboni will not be as usefull as the boni for other classes.

A lot, JP/TW do not have auto lab yet but it should be their next dungeon

Right, KFM legendary SS will bring wind ahead of fire in dps(if I'm not mistaken).
Compared to fire, wind is significantly harder to play. Palm uptime actually requires proper management and ani cancel has massive impact on damage. Expect a big increase in KFM complaints :^)

you would go 1-3 oblivion and 4-8 legendary for a bis 5 set legendary

While this is true, most players will probably go 1-5 legendary first untill we get access to the purple moonlight crystals, so legendary pieces 6-8 are easily accessible.
Getting those pieces will be pure RNG when the patch hits. So you guys better do some PUG tomb 6 runs and grab some bis tomb 6-8 pieces while nobody wants them.

I don't know which KFMs complain about their class, but they're either playing wind or are doing something wrong with fire. Fire is perfectly fine dps right now and it gets better with the 3pc. I don't think the legendary ss will make wind better than fire, but I might be surprised.

Wind isn't that much behind fire at the moment.
Thing is, F(Searing Blow) isn't really used for its damage as fire. You're supposed cancel it early for 2(Tiger Strike). Because of this lego SS sort of only provides a 20% boost to Tiger Strike.
Both 2 and F are used for damage as wind, F being the #1 source its damage, 2 being #3(behind Comet Strike which is kinda its own thing). So wind gets a benefit of 35% to its main ability and 20% to another frequently used relatively hard hitting ability.

But I'm no KFM expert maybe fire will still triumph over wind. After all it's a lot harder to play wind at its full potential.
