Lots of the same ideas transfer over. Do quests as you go along so you dont have to do 43 of them to do something you might need down the road. Skill your shit up somewhat evenly. Dungeoneering will give you access to some of the best monsters, and items you will get. so keep up on doing that, even though it sucks. Don't sell shit you'll end up re using later. such as armor and weapons of various styles. Oh and do slayer. lots of slayer.
