i think theoretically you could but the mod also makes it so if you talk to someone who was at helgen for the executions pior to alduin showing up they'd comment on you being there too even if you weren't, whereas with alternate start it will shuffle dialog around so they don't

Regardless, if the breasts could not be bound or compressed by the plate itself then the plate would need to be reshaped into a more convex shape.
It's the superior shape for armor for both genders in my opinion since it can glance ahead attacks unlike flat plate. Though this really only applies if you go full anal over "realism".
There's no shame in admitting that bikini armor is not canon.
