See that's the wrong answer. Because as soon as you start hacking it, it will immediately train onto you. I've tried. And even though the entire team is in front of the turret, it will still train back onto me.

It doesn't make sense.

Find a sharp angle where the turret can't shoot you.
You can hack it just by seeing one of it's feet. or its "ears" when it's a lv2.

I believe turrets follow the same rule as in TF2, it locks on the nearest enemy though I could be wrong.

You need to steer the jump with WASD. Also, jumping straight up is very useful in a lot of situations.
