Yeah I really don't get the idea of no knockback on rockets, she's miles away from what soldier can do.
It's so rare to get a decent knockback that I don't even look for it even though I played a pretty solid soldier in tf2, It's just not worth it.

It absolutely does. I've spent hours and hours on the PTR. The very first rocket impact is about 2m away from Hanzo. The knockback you will witness after the change will be 1/3rd of what you see in the video, with 1/3rd less time of Hanzo in the air, which stops the entire chain of events.
