PA needs a rework, period. 3/4 of her spells are RNG already. You can keep buffing the numbers how much you want but doesn't change the fact that it's bad design.

WK doesn't need a rework, simple heroes need to exist. After many buffs and some nerfs he is fine; CK could maybe use a rework in one of his spells.

I want a new map objective other than rosh because the pattern is the same, especially for dire team. Kill 2/3 people > do rosh > > take a tower and hope aegis is poped > farm > kill rosh again. What if there is another item or buff if you kill the new boss? Would make for an interesting change.

You can balance it by making it not availble after x minutes, or anything really. there are many ways to balance.

CK's RNG isn't terrible because he has a stun and gap closer, its because he can't do shit without his ult or Manta.

They all rely on PRNG, not true RNG. Every time it doesn't proc, the chances of it proccing grow. At some point it cannot fail. The game practically forces the rate of the RNG to be at its average in this way.

How to fix Laguna Blade:
-It's always pure damage and always pierces spell immunity. Damage lowered by 25%.
-Aghs has a different effect. Casting Laguna Blade applies a 10 second buff to Lina that converts her attack damage to pure.

Pudge hook with aghs does 450 damage on a 4 second cooldown, In 8 seconds he can outdamage. That is indeed literally op
Unless you halved the cooldown of Laguna blade and made aghs turn it into a pure damage aoe it will never even come close to being useful
