my advice: salvage all the gear you can, delete character, start another

don't respec to CI unless you can break at least 7-8k

occultist gets 100 flat ES and a shitton of %ES, there's no justification ever being at lower ES than what a marauder gets in life by the end of cruel

First of all 2 rings of the brotherhood's extremely retarded. If you want to use cold damage, get Nuro's Harp instead because right now you have 40% cold damage and 60% Chaos.

You need a chest with around 900 ES if you're gonna be running so many unique.
You can change socket color with Vorici 8 even if corrupted.
Drop Grace, it doesn't do shit for you.
Get Purity of Elements if you can't get decent replacement rings, then run Discipline instead.
Get a good pair of boots (probably just get that Chaos Warband one).
Run one Doedre's Damning for the extra curse.

Get another amulet with +curse and some resist/ES/%ES (expensive as hell).

If anything, you should just drop a curse.

10% life regen with ZO+15k ES is 1500 ES regen per sec...

Maybe I just don't understand the passive tree enough but it seems like some builds go extremely out of the way for a couple of nodes. Shouldn't you want as few +dex/str/int nodes as possible?

That depends. I usually use an amulet of the lacking stat, but only enough to use my gem setup. But only if I dont need a specific unique ammy for the build. Having stat mods on gear also helps.

And yeah, some forum's builds are inefficient. And that "low budget" one, is not budget tho

Okay, let me me make it as straightforward as possible since you seem special:

1) catshitter assumes no one likes Ascendancy despite the Ascendancy expansion being one of, if not the most popular one to date => Projection, objectively wrong one.

2) catshitter assumes I think he's a full-blown retard because I play Pathfinder => Projection and incoherence. The reason people, me included, don't like Pathfinder is that it eclipses the two other Ranger ascendancies, if not the rest of all ascendancies, not the fact that ascendancies exist in the first place.

Choices are good, Pathfinder removes the meaningful of choice because it's too good on its own right now.

3) Labyrinth is subjectively shit but has very little to do with the 'argument' and no one mentioned it until you.

4) "S-S-S-S-Stop p-p-p-projecting" is not a valid rebuttal when you're projecting hard in the first place. If you dislike the idea of meaningful choices and view thinking as a difficult activity, go play Diablo 3, or Minecraft like catshitter.
