It honestly looks like the same as Catherine and as far as I remember, Catherine was exactly "heavy" for the PS3 to handle, is it?

Catherine had quite a fair few FPS drops actually. But that ran on Gamebryo, P5's on an Atlus developed Engine.
P5 holds up a lot better than Catherine did performance wise actually.

It sucks because i tried both out and doing Yusukes gets you a Sae investigation scene and doing Ryujis doesn't activate the investigation scene.

So when you miss an opportunity to lvl up with a character does it just move onto the next lvlv up sequence with them?
At first i though it would freeze the coop lvl up at where you last left of if you miss an opportunity, so the next time i can lvl up with Ryuji will be the same sequence i tried today, but it will be a different one from what im witnessing.

That was my original plan, but then games I wanted started trickling in on ps4 like bloodborne, doom and street fighter 5, so I ended up getting one. I'm glad I did since the collector's edition is only for ps4
