the only good suggestion in there is to let you reroll weapons and not have sentinel weapons even be in the running. the problem eith riven mods is pure RNG that a player can't influence and which isn't even guaranteed to be all upside. between irrelevant stats and negative stats you could literally pour all of your kuva you ever get into a riven mod and never have it actually be a net positive for your gun.
