There is such a huge difference between kitted out and crew with skills on scouts than bare scouts its retarded.
yeah scouts are truly the tanks that are most crew dependant
You can say that about pretty much any tank though, as far as scouting goes with binocs you'll hit 500 viewrange easy as pie on pretty much any tank.
Not at higher tiers when someone so much as looks at you are you are dead.
There is far less margin for error.

Guys i think my IS got worse accuracy, whenever i stop infront of a guy 50-100m away and shoot right after, it completely misses and the shot goes almost out of the reticle. I didnt have this problem until maybe my crew passed 70% BIA... WHAT THE FUCKS GOING ON?!
