theres no balance involved on a class that can be at the bottom of meters during the entire fight and then suddenly in execute phase top meters by not only dps, but also DAMAGE DONE, and nearly be doing twice as much dps as the second highest on the meters. it's the most fucked spec blizzard has ever made.
