That happens at the end of every special draw period, you need to roll 300 times within a specific draw period to spark.
Any unused sparks get turned into stones which can be traded for shit at sieros shop.

How long will it be until they complete the story?

1. he could cast his spells while being in sub aka SSR Miria on steroids
2. his 1st skill had da/ta
3. his 3rd skill removed dmg cap from ougi (Silva mains would cry if Altair could give whole party the same buff that she have)
4. his 2nd skill had 100% chance to land +/- maybe had gravity or da/ta debuff on it
5. he received 4th spell that would be party buff that gives veil+drain or veil+regen or veil+heal on very short cooldown - he could be alternative for SSR Kata
6. he received 4th spell that would give party water echo or echo based on element that enemy is weak (aka butterfly effect of s. Naru)

Not sure what you are trying to say with this, Silvas first skill doesn't increase ougi or ougi chain burst caps which is part of why Silva is in dire need of a fucking update.

Summer Zoey will not be getting nerfed, as that would be way too many refunds to give out. Enmity will be getting nerfed instead (receiving a Multiplier Cap) fucking over Wind and Fire (Whales). It will be hilarious.

This, as someone who truly appreciates GACHA games, the ticket was always an affront to the genre in my opinion. I'm glad they're gone so everyone can enjoy the real gacha game feeling.
