New account wont do shit if you can't git gud. At 1.7k you should be able to all but solo carry your team to victory. I got out of 1.7k by playing supports and offlaners. I got to 3k just by spamming supports.

the summation of these games is that after the laning phase no matter what i do, my team and the enemy team (about 75% of this bracket is peru) just bunch up as 5 and fight mid or wherever. And they stay there for just, up to 20 minutes. Most of it floating on one line waiting for someone to initiate somewhere for a fight to break out.

If I carry, my cores feed. If I support, my cores feed. Even if they get a few kills during this "mid game", everyone manages to come out of it supremely underleveled because they just sat 4 or 5 together. And then no one takes towers or rosh no matter how much I ask.

I want to improve at the game but I find it frustratingly impossible like this. I don't feel like I'm ever going to get out of this bracket this way.
