Voidlings don't multiply attacking lane minions, and voidlings don't focus the enemy champion specifically if lane minions are nearby they attack all nearby enemy units indiscriminately. These changes seem to be forcing him into the jungle as they increase his 1v1 potential and reduce his laning effectiveness.

Why don't more people build Black Cleaver on Sivir against teams with multiple tanks? Its Rage passive synergizes well with her innate, and being able to spread up to 3 Cleave stacks to potentially the entire enemy team seems really good.

You don't need the HP, you don't need the CDR (because ER), Sivir scales better with crit, and LDR is a better armor pen item for a lategame ADC. Let the Darius or Wukong on your team stack it instead. 5 ricochets across the whole enemy team should kill them anyways.
