What causes ACT to have different parses depending on who is parsing? The person that posts logs to fflogs shows everyone doing about 50 dps less than my ACT history shows.

The log site doesn't take what ACT displays and uses that to generate it's output. It's taking the combat log data that ACT is writing out so it's not going to be the same.
