They didn't explicitly say buffed. They just said they're likely not getting nerfed because they're underperforming at most levels (which includes casual and competitive).

Remove the role-based credits system. Make everyone get equal credits for any job. Revert Wrecker back to it's original values. Make Cauterize 25%/40%/60% reduced healing. Remove Aggression. Make PotG skippable again. Make more cosmetics buyable with crystals instead of being chest exclusive. Nerf Cassie, Androxous and Viktor. Buff Grover, Grohk and Skye. Remove the ice maps.
