You arent entirely wrong though, Dodoria Headbutt might be harder to use than Beerus' beam (Hence why it isnt near as popular), but the combos you can do with this thing are amazing.
It is definetly getting nerfed. Changing it to a Light Break wont really stop combos though.

I've seen videos of it being able to reset a stamina break without even letting your opponent get back up so once you stamina break them once you can infinite them to death at your leisure
