So I need some opinions on outfits. As this story progresses Harek is gonna need actual armor. Not just a pair of pants, but I feel like being shirtless is part of his character, aswell I dont wanna rip-off Haar. So I made a chart of some outfits I think are fitting for Harek.

Aswell, Augustus is gonna need battle armor. For reasons, so whats the most fitting for The Listener of the DB?

MGEXE is a good tool to use even if you don't add any effects or distant land from it as it can make Morrowind run in widescreen res and allow you change the FOV and add AA/AO.
The only graphical thing it does out of the box is add a new (improved) water shader so if you want a more vanilla appearance and don't mind playing in 800x600 with binoculars then you can skip it.

Input delay has nothing to do with Vsync.

Oh alright, though I can't say from experience using that version, his regular edition version is removed and he has removed mods in the past for 'updates,' see the ruffled feather mod for example.
I doubt it caused anything nuts and if it looks fine keep it.

Well the answer is no, because Skyrim's physics are dependent upon your fps not going too high.

It's plugins, i.e. esps, not mods. Also not a meme. If you're near the cap the first step is a bashed patch, after that you have to start merging plugins.

Old Skyrim is a 32 bit program. Each item/character/place etc is assigned an ID of 8 Hex (4 each, 32 bit total), the first 2 Hexes are the load order position of the esp the item ID belongs to (0-255), so if you add 1 more, it crashes your game because Skyrim has a check for that or something.
Yes, most weapon mods come with only ground meshes and textures. Only avoid the one that has particle effects because they can have scripts in them.

Yeah. Weapons, armors, followers, things of that nature. Mods like that which are safe to remove mid-save are pretty much always safe to merge. Avoid merging things with scripts.
