Hey, what does import seed on FBI do and how do I get a seed? I got Pokemon moon from the title key site but it's encrypted, the eShop game is out in several regions, shouldn't I be able to get the seed with FBI? I get a 404 error for any game I try, please help. (am banned on 3DS)
