Blizzard fucked Pharah really hard. They hate her and they hate anyone that plays her.

There's no pattern, it's actually a non RNG % distribuation that doesn't match things like the bullet holes on walls that you see. Something like 80% of the damage is delivered at the very center of the reticule.

It still takes too long for the bloom to recover in the sense that McCree is still a lot better in doing damage to mid-long ranges.

I bounce between 2900 and 3100.
I feel more team dependent and less self-reliant. I think this makes Pharah worse because I would have stomped in the games where I've got great tanks and healers anyway.

I lost CC (knockback) and gained mobility. I can chase after my own D.Va / Winston and splatter things because nobody has time to shoot at me.
I can't isolate 1 problem hero and juggle it to death anymore, and if I don't have tanks giving me space I'm a flying sack of shit.

At best, my success in comp is about the same.

Hitscan and only if you have GREAT aim and positioning to avoid getting dived on otherwise the game becomes a 5v6. McCree is still the best sniper.

Pharah duels got easier for me because Pharah now typically changes direction less often and less severely with greater lift.

MERCY has changed Pharmercy duels more dramatically however. The chance that you're going to land a string of rockets to kill either target is much lower with Mercy taking 20 hp/s basically after 1 missed rocket. It's a nightmare because the first one to attempt to ignore or abandon the pharmercy duel is almost guaranteed to lose. This puts Pharmercy vs. Pharmercy meta in a dumb spot of always requiring a very strong ranged hitscan in the other DPS slot- Reaper, Mei, Genji, or even Roadhog who aren't likely to bother with dealing with Pharmercy basically mean you have to give up on playing Pharah unless you can out-shoot the hell out of their Pharah.

Usually whenever a new emote/taunt/whatever is announced this happens, then it dies down.
