What is the best way to learn how to carry a game and play hard carries in general?
I have reached 3k MMR (started at 2k) by spamming roamers and supports but there are times when I feel I could be winning my games if I had picked a carry but lack the actual mechanics to play as one.
Should I just spam AM and farm like a madman?

Like said, evasion is painful to deal with and playing magic nukers in pubs is risky when most safelane carries are retards and there is enough farm to go around anyway.
PA is mainly annoying because her pick is usually the odd man out in a team comp so you either counter her or the rest of her team. It's pure luck.
