Are they global, or region locked? Since raids are region locked I guess the hub is too.
I also heard that when you make a character you're stuck in server for people who didn't beat the story mode until you finally beat it, is this true? If true, does it still happen if you beat the game and make a new character?

Ok, so I just failed an expert mission because I had just knocked the giant ki blast back at the boss when he was at low enough health to kill him, but before it could kill him I ran out of time

I don't think I can take much more of this bullshit, I want to complete this game, but shit like this is infuriating beyond belief, he was dead, I had just killed him, but the stupid cutscene of him reacting to the ki blast being turned around on him lost me the mission

There will be a patch early next week, you'll just have to be patient.

It's perfectly OK.
You can just block Giant Storm and take negligible stamina damage because it's a single hit. That's on top of it being possible to simply outrun it.
You cannot outrun Spirit Ball. And blocking all of it does a lot more stamina damage.

Only in case of severe lag. Under normal circumstances if the first hit misses then the second one won't.

The game's balance of basics/supers is off but Stamina Breaks do not fix it.
They are, in fact, the most lazy attempt that could be made towards fixing it.
