Why tucking bother with it when you have to waste a boot and amulet slot just for ducking frenzy charges? It gives nothing else valuable but frenzy generation and some paltry physical reduction when stationary.

PoE is like a relationship. In the beginning it was fresh and exciting, everything seemed new. Over time you started to see it's flaws but you still loved PoE so you chose to see past them. Tabs from temporary leagues will be sent over to their parent league, except they will be in remove-only mode.

base bleed duration is 5 seconds
a flicker strike with multistrike hits at least 3 times, and each time you hit your proc reflect and have a 50% chance to inflict yourself a bleed
so as long as you start bleeding on the first strike, sustaining it shouldn't be really hard

It doesn't work. Reflect damage is not an attack.

it is, you can block or evade it
it works with hiltless cause it specifically says it's reflecting damage

But you can evade and block reflect, doesn't this mean that it's an attack?
