1. Run Heroic EN every fucking week with everyone in your guild you can. Log that shit and try and see if you get anyone worth a god damn. If you see someone (even if they have shit gear) Purple or Orange parsing for their ilvl and arent standing in shit invite them to the bench
2. Help them gear up by bringing them to Mythic+/Mythic bosses on farm
3. Recruit either here (Get your fucking names in the OP) or on the Forums or something
