Snoller is pretty serious about his work as a Time Patroller and constantly trying to find ways to improve, and takes great pride at this.

However, he is able to mellowdown around other Patrollers he trusts, although he prefers to keep personal details to himself.

At home, he is able to relax more, playing a role of a big brother to his many siblings, he enjoys their attention way too much, which is part of the reason he works as hard as he does: They are proud of him, and he does everything he can to be worthy it.
This big brother instinct can also be seen with other Patrollers, as he often tries to teach tricks to newer recruits and is never afraid of putting his life on the line to defend them.

After he became the Toki Toki Hero and lost touch with Polar he went off, had a wife and kid and teamed up with the Conton Hero, (who was named by their weeb dad after a Stand), Cold Experience, who's basically a wise cracking straightman.
