Oh! I just noticed you don't have your bars noted.

It's less clicking and thus more comfy to just click your noted bars and then click on the bank and press 1 compared to opening the bank and removing the bars manually.
Also use numpad! Closer to the mouse so you don't have to move your hands/arms as much!
