I'm personally looking at the SE-Rs since they're the cheapest of the group, there's one on my local CL for $6000 (2010 with 55k miles, Spec V 6spd) otherwise I'd get a $4000 RX-8 and a cheap Prius/2010+ manual Fiesta/Mazda 2/Fit

There aren't many cars made between like 2000-2010 which aren't shit tier. It was just the worst era. There are good cars that are newer, but they cost too much.

The S2000 would fit the criteria if they sold for under $10k like in Europe, but they're worth twice as much in America because of stupid ricers and comparatively worse sales.
