I actually dont know what im dealing with. The only thing i know is that on rxtools and on luma sun and moon dont want to start if i try to play the game after i've closed it once. I can play it as much as i want,and save but when i close and reopen the game it just restarts my emunand. I thought that maybe its an rxtools or O3DS problem but apparently other people dont have it.

Try it. I too once had my sdcard almost full, the emunand couldn't even start. After I deleted some games and left 1-2gb empty spaces, it worked normally again.
