How CPU intensive is Witcher 3?

I use Triss companion mod, it also works with Ciri and gives you an option to talk to your follower and in the case of Triss kiss her. It doesn't work with Yen though. There are some other follower mods on Nexus I believe, but you can't interact with your followers(I'm not sure though, I never used them). You can find the mod I'm using here:

Yeah, it adds Dandelion and Ciri to Corvo Bianco(along with their dialogues) next to Triss, but I'm not sure how it works if you have Yen there.

I'm testing a no foglets build that synergizes better with the monsters passive. ATM it's proving to be more effective than the one with foglets at higher levels.
Any suggestions about what to include instead of removal? I'm also thinking on removing Sarah since now a Thunder kills her after a buff, that's also a silver spot free for recommendations

Did you try foglets + nekker warriors? It's useful to get 7 foglets every time fog is played, and it makes thunderbolt really powerful.

Against Skelllige, bears will deny the foglets.
Againt the others, tremors and Lacerate will wipe them.

Well they're only an accessory to the fog, I rarely meet bear-skellige so that's not an issue, and for all the others I can just bring them back out seeing as I can apply fog 5 times.
