You can get into a death spiral even if you're not on permadeath. Death 1, the extra weight from too much junk in the trunk caused me to lose control and hit a tree.

Permadeath just means the save is deleted. You can still die with it off.

Are you sure? the half shaft is held on by the same bolt that holds on the brake disc or something like that, make sure you don't tighten the bolt before both parts are on. And take off the strut before you put the half shaft on.

I had the same issue, my car shat out both half shafts and the entire engine for no goddamn reason when I first tried to start it after it was all assembled.

The hood hinges are on the front of the car. The hood lifts up opposite of most cars.

What am I doing wrong? I can get the race exhaust pipe on no problem when I tried but I'm in the process of making my car ready to pass emissions and I can't get stock exhaust pipe to fit. I got the check mark like twice in the last 30 minutes and it fell off the second I clicked it on. I don't have any other race components in.

I had the same issue. I would get the check mark, but when attaching it it would just fall off.

I experienced this once before when I tried to put the wheel bearing holder onto the car when the lower control arm wasn't fastened; it just kind of fell off.

But everything was attached. Headers were on and tightened. Still, only fell off when I tried to attached. Save/come back, same thing. Couldn't get it, went no-pipe until I died into a treeline.

You can, just install the front wheel hubs and the steering arms but leave them loose until the shafts are in.

I drove mine there, I was just getting it tuned and alignment, I've actually never had to tow it oddly enough, never messed it up that bad.
