They got legendary skins in the Halloween event. Every event obviously has 3/4 focus characters with legendary skins, and the some of the rest get themed recolors, they wouldn't give Mercy two legendaries and the spotlight in two consecutive events while others like Winston and Mei have literally nothing new.

While I hate the concept, hero bans would be more than welcome in OW. It'd force everyone to learn at least a few roles and would prevent autists from spending thousands of hours maining one cancerous hero.
