Not quite. 80 and 85 epics currently disassemble to 6 demon eyes, which gets you 120 DC. One cosmo soul will get you 100 DI or 20 DC, so it's basically 5 current eyes if you planned on running them.

You can only buy one of each item per day though, I'm not sure if the event lasts long enough to upgrade a 9pc set to 85 from these items alone.

That only seems to apply to stuff you can buy with ancient energy, so you can't do a shit ton of ancient runs and buy a lib weapon instantly.
